Very nice and comfortable

Everything was ok

It’s quite and very beautiful. Away from all the noise.

No bed sheets, just a mattress cover and one flat sheet for five days, in the bathroom one drying towel for two people for five days. No dish detergent in the kitchen sink not even shower gel but six bottles of shampoo. No hand soap. The small rug was not vacuumed at all.

The rooms are very pleasant, the staff has a high level of service awareness, and there are a variety of lovely entertainment options at the resort itself.

The rooms lack basic items that could make a big difference—coffee pods, sugar, and spices.

I liked the beautiful atmosphere, spacious rooms, family-friendly environment, and the opportunity to relax and spend quality time with my children.

What I didn’t like was the lack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness. The bed in our first room was broken, and although I reported it to the front desk, maintenance never came. We eventually had to move to another room late at night, which was inconvenient after already unpacking and getting settled. The second room also needed cleaning, and we found spiders in the room. I was also disappointed that our concerns were not properly documented when we first reported the broken bed. Considering the cost of the stay, I expected the room to be clean, properly maintained, and ready for guests upon arrival.
