Ice bath !!!

Spa closes early and too much chlorine in water that even outside hallway smells so so so strong of it

Nice rooms. Kitchen stocked well with plates, utensils, and appliances. Beautiful views, clean. The pool area was very nice and the water a very comfortable temperature. The staff was very friendly and they had our rooms ready early on our first day which really helped with the toddler’s nap! We also stored lugggage on the last day which was also helpful. It is located right next to a bus stop and also has parking if you bring your own car. The neighborhood is quiet at night and there is a store just down the street which is convenient. We ordered pastries from the front desk which were delicious and convenient. We would most definitely visit again.

Nothing major. The knives in the kitchen were dull. It would be nice if they would provide a small salt and pepper for cooking. It can be a longer bus ride if you are going to the far side of Chamonix.

Gym opening time was a bit short

Gym was well equipped and clean. Location was convenient for public transport. The rooms were comfortable, reasonably equipped and clean.

Children running around the relaxation area despite 16+ policy without any supervision. Blunt useless kitchen knives making it impossible to prepare food
