The property is in a lovely location in a nice area, nice and quiet.
The swimming pool was clean and the grounds beautiful.
Access to the apartment was straightforward with the information received.
Towels (plenty of them) and bedding were changed whilst we were there (although we were not informed they would be), and the apartment cleaned.
The accommodation needs some upgrading, wires hanging down in the bathroom, missing tiles, generally a bit tired.
Most of the glasses needed to be cleaned.
It would also have been helpful to have operating instructions for the washing machine ( although we figured it out).
Also, it would have been helpful to have some information on restaurants, supermarkets, bus services etc in the area. Local knowledge is always valuable.
Perhaps some raid/ bug spray could be provided.
A larger, vented sunshade would also be appreciated as the canopy did not work.

The code was provided on arrival and we were able to get in. Easy. Where the code was a bit unclear
The Wifi and TV could have been better. I could barely get my computer to connect.
