Residence Lubina

This was the second year we spent a night here, so we were already familiar with the place. The handover of the keys and the payment were fluent, the aparment is clean and well equipped enough for a one-night stay. It is located close enough to the old town to take a cozy walk. The safe private parking inside the yard is a big plus too! Although only the living room is equipped with A/C, due to its size and geometry it is easy to cool down the entire apartment within 1-2 hours. The communication with the host is easy and straight forward. Based on our experience we can highly recommend the place!

The host was very friendly, gave all the instructions so it was easy to find the place. It was very clean and nice. Not so far from the city centre, around 10-15 min by foot. Just keep in mind that the apartment is on a steep hill with a rocky path, so comfy shoes are recommended :)) Although the path to the centre was very beautiful! Also it had a safe parking in the yard, that is always a plus.

We liked the Residence Lubina a lot. We had a nice and big enough apartment. The bedroom had two beds with a nice view of the mosque the was right next to the residence. It was great because there was a parking that was locked so we didn’t have to worry about the car. The walk to the Baščašija was a little steep but okey, you can take a car if you can’t walk that much.

We like everything about this location. Easy to find, the host was super nice and give us a lot of useful tips, very clean, spacious and a well equipped kitchen.
