About this house rental

We would be delighted to host you at our 3,300 sq. ft. craftsman home in Chelan. Situated on 1.5 private acres with stunning mountain views, our property offers a perfect balance of privacy and convenience, located just minutes from both downtown Chelan and Manson.
The home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across five bedrooms—including two master suites with king beds—and 3.5 bathrooms.
To ensure a memorable stay, the property features a fully-stocked kitchen, a hot tub, and a back deck with a BBQ. For entertainment, the garage is equipped with foosball, ping pong, and various yard games, extra refrigerator/freezer. Ice for purchase in garage freezer. We also provide high-speed WiFi, all linens and towels, and ample parking space for boats.
Our location offers easy access to the valley’s best attractions, including numerous wineries, local restaurants, and the Chelan Municipal Golf Course.
To maintain the quality of the home for all guests, please keep the following house rules in mind:
- Occupancy: 12 people Max. No parties/events (Bachelor/Bachelorette, rehearsal dinners, showers,
- Pets are not allowed.
- Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Check-out: We kindly ask that you take out the trash and start the dishwasher upon departure; however, please leave all bedding on the beds.
While we may be onsite in the detached garage during your stay, we will fully respect your privacy unless you require any assistance.
We take cleanliness seriously and follow all CDC recommendations to ensure a safe environment.

We were in Chelan for a wedding. This was a great home and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and large dining room table with room for everyone and even played croquet. Hosts were terrific.

The owner has put a lot of thought and care into their property and it shows. Melissa was responsive to all communication. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The house was great. It was very big and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we ever stayed at. There is also a fruit stand that would have fresh eggs and peaches and they were amazing. Location was also great. It was close to everything. Here are some things time consider when staying here. Keep in mind my comments are going to have our experience when traveling with 2-14month olds.
1. The house is very warm and welcoming but there are a lot of decorations. Only an issue if to have small toddlers who want to get at everything. We had to move a lot of stuff around just so our boys wouldn't try to play with some of the stuff.
2. The main house has A/C but not all the rooms do. There were 2 rooms that just had a fan and it did get quite warm in there and keep in mind the high in chelan when we stayed there was about in the high 80s low 90s. So if the temps get even higher you may be a bit uncomfortable if you stay in any of those rooms.
3. The grass area was amazing for the kids to run around and play frisbee or soccer. The garage is also well stocked with lots of inflatables and yard toys. However one thing that wasn't clear to us was that there would be watering of the lawn. Wasn't too much of an issue except one evening we wanted to play out side but the yard was being watered.
4. The house area is shared and you can feel it. For the most part everyone kept to themselves but just wasn't as private as i imagined.

Great home away from home. The host has thought of everything. Such great attention to detail. The house was super clean and lots of directions when using appliances, lighting etc. We will be back!
