It is in the perfect location
This is my fourth stay at this facility in last 4 months, It was a bit disappointing to see that the rooms are not being properly maintained. The toilets were not particularly clean, and it was evident that some maintenance was needed. The mattresses also appeared to require proper cleaning. I stayed in Room 505 which had a very unpleasant and unusual smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the overall condition and smell of the room gave the impression of entering an old, poorly maintained house rather than a comfortable hotel room. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall guest experience.

Clean, friendly, efficient, on the spot location. Public transport (baht buses/motorcycle taxis/Bolt services) on the doorstep. A good restaurant. Room had everything needed.
At the price it was as near perfect as I could wish for, so, nothing to dislike.
