About this house rental
Available again for monthly rentals after 7 years! This Modern Plantation style 3500 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths is located on the north fork of the New River. The home has a stunning 42 ft heated, salt water lap pool with spa overlooking the River. The home is very spacious with 12 foot high ceilings and large windows with custom plantation shutters in most rooms and custom remote control roll down shades in the great room overlooking the pool, spa and river. The home has a gracious front porch entry along with a second story large covered veranda off the second master bedroom, as well as a covered rear porch for al fresco dining. The rear of the home and three of the bedrooms overlook the pool, spa and river. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and the great room has a separate wet bar with wine storage. The great room has a 70 inch wall mounted smart flat screen TV, Blue-ray DVD and surround sound speakers, it over looks the pool, spa, outdoor dining and entertaining areas and patios as well as the tranquil North fork of the New River. The out door living area has covered dining with remote controlled ceiling fan and dimming lighting, outdoor grilling, music, chaise lounges for sun and relaxation as well as a dock for relaxing, fishing and watching the river and sunsets. There is a separate large living room and formal dining room. There are 4 large bedrooms three have king size beds, and one has a queen size bed. Three of the bedrooms have views of the New River and the second master bedroom is at the front of the house with a large covered veranda over-loooking the wooded neighborhood. The master suite has a 60 inch wall mounted flat screen tv with DVA and the master bathroom has a 42 inch wall mounted flat screen tv. The remaining bedrooms have 60 inch wall mounted flat screen tv's with DVD. All rooms in the house have ceilings fans and most rooms have gracious coved ceilings. The first floor of the home has a full bath with large shower that is easy to access from the pool area. There is ample parking in the driveway. The home is located at the end of a quiet culdesac. Please note the home is not suited for infants and small children, the pool, spa dock and riverside sea wall do not have safety fencing or alarms! Each rental includes a weekly housekeeping service, Daily housekeeping service is available for an additional fee of $150.00 on request.

We had a very good stay at this house and enjoyed every minute. Helpful owners and the house was better than we expected. Close to shops, Beach and other amenities. Can definitely recommend this!

I can't say enough amazing things about this property and the amazing owners. Everything you see in the pictures is even better in person! We stayed here for 8 nights and absolutely loved the house, pool, spa, view and location. Nothing we needed was more than a few miles away (including the beach)! Ray was more than accommodating to our group. The house was stocked with everything we needed and even had extras that were left there in case we forgot things. There are plenty of chairs for relaxing in the sun. It was nice to be on the waterway to watch people boat and paddle board by...while pretending this was our amazing house ! This place and these owners are fabulous and will not let you down!

Spectacular home! This house is located in a very convenient area if Wilton Manor, on a beautiful canal. Immaculate and well appointed this house is roomy and comfortable and has everything you will need for a great vacation. This pictures just don't do it justice. The owners were wonderful to deal with and could not have been more attentive. My friends and I will definitely rend this gem again.
