About this villa rental
We are offering to rent our large Davenport, Florida home, equipped for a lengthy visit. The home is conveniently located near most major attractions and all the Disney Parks (Hwy 192). A one-hour drive in either direction takes you to the Atlantic coast or gulf. It is also close to Spring training camps for several MLB baseball teams. Great golf is everywhere. The property has lovely gardens and fruit trees. The house can comfortably sleep 8, in the king suite master, 2 queen suite bedrooms, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The large common living area has 3 sofas overlooked by the large open kitchen surrounded by a huge L-shaped breakfast bar with stools. Enjoy a game of ping-pong, darts, or air hockey in the games room. We are also equipped with a Sony PlayStation PS3 including a few select video games? Out back is a fully screened-in lanai with a huge 18'x40' pool. The house is equipped with WIFI. Most rooms have a Bluetooth alarm with USB charging port for your phones or devices.
Standard rental rates are US$140/night, US$175/night, during holidays, minimum 7 days. Rates are higher during the high/holiday seasons. Extra pool heat is $30/day and a propane BBQ grill is available at $10/day. We only rent to families, and not groups or teams. This is a smoking and pets-free vacation property. The villa is located in a small community with a tennis court and large community pool within a few minutes walking distance of our property. We have a property management company that takes good care of the property and ensures your comfortable visit. The house was a great layout for our 4 generations to have their own space. We all enjoyed the pool especially the 3 kids under 11. We could hardly get them to come out for meals. The Property Managers were great when we had a few minor issues. We would book this house again next time we go to Orlando area

This was the third year we stayed in the Davenport area for the month of March. This property was well laid out for our group. Kitchen was well stock. House was very clean upon arrival. Only issue was the pool. We had to keep topping up the water level and found it would not heat up to the set temperature. On the third week, the pool tech was called in. What he fix resolved the issues. Just wish there was a small refund on the heat for the first two weeks when the pool was cool.

Our stay couldn’t have been any more perfect! House is exactly as pictured, location is prime, and host was incredible, quick with responding and accommodating! 10/10, would recommend, would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is dated but it is comfortable. It looks better than the pictures in the ad. We enjoyed the patio and pool. Having lots of patio furniture of different types felt like a luxury and it allowed for use of the patio in many different ways. We played cards close to the house at the table, and we sat near the edge to see sunset on some days. People sunbathed on the lounge chairs during the day. Very relaxing. The single floor house was spacious and good for having guests while giving everybody their own space. The large kitchen with its high ceilings and skylight and abundant bar seats made it the place to be. People sat at the bar more than the dining room table. I’m glad the house had laundry available. The internet service was great and had good speeds.
