Welcome to your elevated escape on the shores of Lake Michigan, where sweeping lake views and refined comfort set the stage for an unforgettable stay. Just a short walk from beach access (please note: the access directly across the street may be affected by erosion; an alternate beach is located just 2–3 blocks away), this elegant home offers the perfect blend of relaxation, style, and convenience.
Step into the heart of the home—a chef’s dream kitchen with premium appliances and an oversized island perfect for entertaining. Share meals and lake breezes in the spacious screened-in porch, or unwind with sunset cocktails on the rooftop deck overlooking the water.
Designed with gatherings in mind, the home features expansive common areas ideal for playing cards, sharing conversation, or simply listening to the calming sound of waves. Whether you're connecting over a glass of wine or enjoying quiet moments together, the layout offers both space and comfort.
After a day of exploration, indulge in the oversized outdoor hot tub (available for an additional fee), or gather around the large fire pit under the stars.
The primary suite is a serene sanctuary, complete with a bath with oversized shower and a lofted office for moments of quiet productivity. The main house includes three additional well-appointed bedrooms, while the detached guesthouse offers a private fifth bedroom, a full bath, a refrigerator and microwave, and a charming loft with two extra beds.
Downstairs, the lower level family room with lake views and entertainment for all ages—enjoy classic video games, ping-pong, board games, or a cozy movie night.
Ideally located near award-winning restaurants, wineries, breweries, boutique shopping, and casinos, this home places the best of the region within short driving distance.

This lakeview property was a fabulous place to stay! My family and I enjoyed it immensely- my favorite place was the large balcony off the primary suite. It was a quiet oasis with a beautiful view of the lake! The interior and exterior of the property was high-quality and taken care of well. There was plenty of room for our large group of family members, and everyone had comfortable place to sleep after a day of vacation fun.One small problem was that access to the closest beach was a two-block walk up and down some very steep hills, but we managed.

This is an incredible house and an incredible host. The listing and the pictures do not do it justice. Accommodated 10 adults and six small grandchildren easily. Lake view was spectacular. Easy walking access to a large somewhat private beach. Clean throughout and well stocked with essentials. Quick drive to both Michigan City and New Buffalo.

Absolutely beautiful, quite grand but also comfortable and cozy. The screened in porch is the best spot for naps! Excellent place and experience being there.
