Apartment in a great location for skiing, short walk to the lifts. Plenty of space and comfortable.
Office staff extremely unhelpful, didn't answer questions about late arrival and key pick up despite having several working days to do so, by phone, email and messaging booking.com. Key pick up was a very long way from the apartment, so difficult logistics when coming on public transport with lots of luggage. Also bringing back linen and keys to the office, was a pain on departure. Lots of hidden costs after booking, I would have been better off booking a more expensive apartment or hotel and avoiding the charges and inconvenience.
