Budget hotel, apprx. 1-1.5 km away from the city center. The hotel has not changed much since the Sowjet times, it is a bit travelling in time :). The rooms are very basic. Breakfast is good though and costs 7 Eur only. If you want to save money and are ready to sacrifice some comfort for it, this hotel suits you well.
