Treasury Condos

This condo is in a GREAT location. Walkable to the lift, restaurants, and the free shuttles that take you into the town of Crested Butte. It was also very spacious for a group of 5 and had a large balcony. The views were AMAZING.

The outdoor hot tub is communal, which isn't a problem in and of itself, but you have to share it with 3 buildings so it was almost always occupied to the max. Also, there are pictures in the property photos of an indoor pool and pool tables, but you don't actually have access to those. I confirmed with customer service, so not sure why those photos are included. However, customer service was very prompt and responsive. Also, a lot of the basics that were promised were missing, such as there being no hand soap at all and very limited toilet paper.

Great location and a big enough place to stay with friends. Basic fixtures but well good enough for a short stay.

Tumble dryer and fire out of order.

Great location, fairly basic condo for the area. For the price, it's a good deal in a town where most things are overpriced. You can walk to the base area in 5 minutes, and access tons of MTB trails from there. It's quite a large condo with plenty of room for small groups, and has a killer view off the deck.

The kitchen wasn't stocked very well, and the place is pretty dated. Washer/dryer was out of order too.

Heat didn’t work - took 4hrs and 4 phone calls to ‘solve’ the problem Fireplace and clothes dryer were out of order - we definitely expected that for a full price pre-paid, no refund accommodation that ALL amenities should be included and functioning correctly.
