Vintage Rockport Escape

The location was great! The house is very unique, lots of towels and plenty of room for the most part. Beds where comfortable. We loved the the antique lighting and detail in bathrooms. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

The front room had to much furniture. The rugs needed to be cleaned or replaced. The yard definitely needs some tlc, we did not feel like it was some where to spend any time and parking is really tight. Garbage was not empty when we arrived,had to call to have it emptied but it was done promptly.

Great location near the beach and downtown, enough room for my family, cozy feeling.

The exterior surroundings need some TLC, screen door closes to attentively making it difficult to carry items in and out, the kitchen inventory could use some updating.

This was our second stay at the house. Each time is better than the last. It meets all of our needs.

More hot water for showers in the morning,

The home is clean and quirky. The bed was comfy. Shower was nice. Lots of space inside. Nice kitchen with everything you need.

The outside is very overgrown. Our service dog just went out to do her business and came back with a tick. Weeds were growing between the second bedroom screen door and the door. The screen was completely gone from the front screen door. Critters had gotten into the trash that had been left in the bins and garbage was everywhere. My husband cleaned it up only to have it happen again the next day. There is zero back yard; just a place to walk single file next to the house.
