Pokój dobrze wyposażony (telewizor, mikrofalówka, parawan, leżak...), znajduje się na pierwszym piętrze, z balkonem na dziedziniec na którym jest plac zabaw dla dzieci (lepsza wersja niż na zewnątrz gdzie knajpy). Balkon duży, można zjeść spokojnie śniadanie. Od wyjścia z budynku do plaży ok. 150 metrów, wyjście bezpośrednio na główny deptak ze straganami i restauracjami. Bardzo mili, pomocni i uśmiechnięci właściciele.

Taki urok budynku ale dojazd do miejsca parkingowego wymaga trochę gimnastyki. Z drugiej strony samochód stoi blisko wejścia.
