This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will welcome guests with plenty of space and a private balcony overlooking the pools and manicured garden area, the onsite restaurant and bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your balcony!
The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The dining area has seating for 4, and there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a stacked washer and dryer tucked inside the cabinetry for guest use.
The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The hall bathroom has a tub and shower combination and is also accessible from the guest bedroom.
This condo is located on the second floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, elevators, beach access, and an on-site restaurant, the Deck. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. Pet-friendly with an additional fee.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

We could not have asked for a better experience! The listing was accurate so there were no unpleasant surprises, only pleasant ones! Communication from TVR was top notch, loved the guest portal which not only had all the info we needed, but even recommended things to do in Tybee and Savannah. The community had beautiful pools with lovely landscaping, beach access, outdoor showers and very clean restrooms; and the onsite restaurant/bar had an ordering bar at the pool! The food and drinks were top notch, with lots of choices and all common allergens clearly marked. As a gluten-feee person I was pleased to have many choices on the menu. We’ll definitely be back.

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break 2025. Overall it was good. A few things were off but nothing too terrible. Dog hair, clogged drain,light not working.

The property was nice, but our unit wasnt great. Parking wasn't great. Parking garage was a bit tight and spaces were small. Also no parking passes left in the unit for us.Here are the notes i took on the unit:• Master bedroom shower has mold and crust around the bottom of the glass and on floor tile by hinged side of shower door.• Master bedroom bathroom overhead light and or switch malfunctioning/flashing• Master bedroom bathroom left sink is partially clogged/slow drain• Master bedroom right blind has no pull cord.• Secondary bathroom had water damage on wall over shower, with paint bubling off the wall. Possibly mold underneath.• The pull out couch is missing springs for support and was unusable. Had to put the couch mattress on the floor.• No water to Refrigerator, so no ice.• Electrical outlet to left of stove is coming out of wall and is unsafe.• Patio furniture corroded
