Lage sehr gut,Ausstattung top.Sehr Gepflegt.Personal sehr bemüht bei fragen.

Leider gibt es beim frühstück begrenzte Auswahl man kann nur 3 Sachen bestellen.Und man Kann beim Frühstück als gast nur drinnen sitzen wobei draußen platz wäre.Die Gerichte sind aber ausreichen nur mehr Getränke wäre besser

Very nice and clean room. The view was spectacular. Had a very nice stay.

Breakfast was agood, but portions were too small for me. The waiter had some troubles in understanding questions asked in English. The key to the room is too big.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Juza and enjoyed every moment of it. The location is fantastic, and we spent many relaxing hours at the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. For the first time on a vacation, we found ourselves wanting to stay at the hotel and enjoy everything it had to offer instead of constantly exploring the surrounding area. The cleanliness was truly outstanding. Everything was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help. The food was excellent as well. The honey and pistachio salmon was so delicious that I would happily return just to have that dish again! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Juza and hope to visit again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only minor thing I would change is the music selection. It was a little too heavy for a relaxing vacation atmosphere. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. :)

Raňajky boli výborné, staral sa o nás milý čašník. Výhoda bola poloha hotela u pláže a lehátka. Dali sa objednať nápoje cez QR kód a doniesli nám to priamo na pláž.

Po príchode do hotela sme boli veľmi sklamaný z nášho výhľadu. Objednali sme si izbu s výhľadom na pláž a more a miesto toho sme sa dočkali výhľadu na strechu reštaurácie pod nam a kúskom výhľadu na more. Dostali sme izbu na prvom poschodí. Obrázky na Bookingu s výhľadom z balkónu vôbec nezodpovedali realite – keď sme sa pýtali na recepcii, odpoveď bola, že fotografie sú z inej izby, z vyššieho poschodia.Personál nám ponúkol izbu na hornom poschodí, ale na druhej strane s výhľadom na hory. Interiér izby zodpovedal obrázkom na bookingu. Na balkóne bola poškodená sieťka, cez ktorú lietali komáre, takže sme nemohli poriadne vetrať. Navyše, platbu kartou nám neumožnili s tým, že „terminál je pokazený“, ale podľa nášho názoru to bolo len výhovorka, pretože platba v hotovosti im zjavne vyhovovala viac. Nedostali sme ani doklad o zaplatení. V iných hoteloch v Albánsku platba kartou nebol problém. Celkový dojem bol veľmi slabý, rozhodne by som tento hotel neodporučila, možno izby na inom poschodí áno. Vyberali sme na základe polohy a výhľadu a toto nesplnilo naše požiadavky. Rozhodne to nezodpovedalo pomer cena/kvalita. Radšej by sme zvolili iný hotel v danej lokalite.
