A great place to stay during a vacation. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. There were two sets of bed linens and two sets of towels provided for our two-week stay, as well as a basic set of toiletries in the bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and fast Wi-Fi. There is a large terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner every day while admiring the beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. The location is very quiet, yet at the same time close to the promenade and the sea. There is also a parking space right next to the apartment entrance, which is very convenient. We were very satisfied with our stay in these apartments and would gladly recommend them.

The only minor issue was that the shower drain tended to clog quite quickly

Logement lumineux et idéalement situé : à moins de 5min de la plage, des restaurants, bars et des commodités, à 10min à pied des principaux arrêts de bus. Le balcon et la piscine sont de vrais atouts. Il faut parfaitement noir une fois les rideaux fermés, ce qui est parfait pour ceux que la lumière réveille.

On entend beaucoup les bruits extérieurs mais le quartier et la résidence sont plutôt calmes. Il y a des odeurs de canalisation assez fortes, mais qui passent si le studio est aéré plusieurs fois par jour. J'ai pu observer quelques cafards dans la cuisine et la salle de bain sur la fin de mon séjour.

Nice little apartment.

Unfortunately we were over 48 hours without water because of a problem which spoilt our stay. We are a very mature couple and carrying water bottles from the town was hard, so all I can say that with a decent water supply the stay would have been comfortable. The location is not good for people with mobility problems.
