Great space for working. Excellent Wi-Fi and equipped with everything you need for long stays. Comfortable bed and right in the city center.
The "private" outdoors space is, in reality, shared with other neighbors (they use it to open and close their windows) and gives access to the street behind the building. The gate and the bars could gain so much more with a little more privacy (e.g., by using plants or a net), so guests could use this area for working, eating, etc.

El apartamento es nuevo, con todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de la ciudad.
Éramos 4 y estábamos en el apartamento 5 que quizás sea algo pequeño para 4 personas, pero como fue una estancia corta, estuvimos muy a gusto.

Julien, our host, was very hospitable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet, right in the middle of the town.
