Great location in St John’s, easy walking distance to various local places of interest. Lovely room, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and we especially liked sitting and relaxing in the window seats overlooking the harbour. Having access to a kitchen was very useful too.
All was great!
Just a note: We knew there were several stairs to ascend to this particular room when we booked, so this wasn’t a problem for us. May not be so easy for anyone with mobility issues.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the extra amenities.
The street noise was very loud even on a weekday. The rooms were hot. The fans helped. The staircases were tough with big bags.

Location it’s pretty good, it’s walking distance to Water Street which is pretty convenient!
The bed on our bedroom was way too soft, had no support whatsoever and the pillows were random, some were OK some were not comfortable enough to sleep. Also, the bathroom on our stay was outside our bedroom down the hallway, yes it was a private bathroom but I think there should be something specifically that says that the bathroom is outside the room.

Close to downtown.
Metro parking nearby. $$
Good guide book with excellent recommendations for things to do.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Bathroom was down the hall.
They forgot to provide bath towels. But did deliver them when we asked.
Street noise.
On Street Level and no security on the windows so we had to keep them closed.
No AC
Coffee but no tea.
