Perfect for our stopover, spotlessly clean with lovely helpful owner.

Beautiful apartment spotlessly clean with parking right outside. Even nicer than the photos, In the centre of the town but lovely and quiet. Coffee maker etc but no complimentary tea or coffee which would have been nice, but supermarket not too far in the car and Bakery nearby for breakfast.

J’ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour à l’appartement Louise à Luxeuil. L’emplacement est idéal et le logement est confortable. L’hôte, Mélanie, a été très disponible et réactive.

À titre d’amélioration, un aspirateur plus performant et un équipement pour laver le sol plus facilement seraient appréciables. Pour le reste, tout était parfait !

l'emplacement était bien. Le reste , absolument nul.

Nous avions loué au RDC; l'appartement était au 2e étage , sous les toits; avec un climatiseur inefficace et très bruyant. pas de penderie, pas de lampe de chevet, une poêle, une casserole, 4 assiettes, 4 couverts, 4 verres. pas de peignoir de bain comme prévu. machine à laver au RDC, pas de panier à linge. odeur de fuel dans toute la maison. Propriétaire mal aimable et qui nous a ordonné de partir sous prétexte que nous étions trop exigeants et qui bien sûr, nous reproche d'avoir utilisé l'appartement et refuse de nous rembourser.

Appartement très bien équipé. On sent un effort sur la décoration. Puits de lumière qui éclaire le salon, très sympa. Propre. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la présence d'un parking juste en face de l'appartement. Quartier très calme.

Emplacement très calme. Grand appartement agréable situé dans une jolie ville, proche d'un environnement bien vert. Jolie chambre et salle de bain plaisante, tout comme la pièce à vivre.

Peut-être un peu plus de vaisselle. Attention au robinet de l'évier qui "bouge".

Manque de communication, change l’adresse du logement au dernier moment .

Expérience très décevante À l’occasion de notre mariage, nous avons loué ce logement pour héberger des amis. Malheureusement, la propriétaire a changé le lieu du logement à la dernière minute, sans nous en avertir clairement par téléphone . Le jour de notre mariage, nous n’avions pas nos téléphones sur nous – ce qui est bien compréhensible dans un moment aussi particulier – et nous avons donc appris plusieurs heures plus tard que nos amis avaient attendu devant le mauvais logement, sans avoir accès à l’adresse initiale . En relisant les messages , quand nos amis nous ont averti du problème, nous avons constaté que le logement avait effectivement été modifié, certes à 2 km de distance, mais sans aucune anticipation ni communication claire, ce qui a causé beaucoup d’inconfort à nos invités. Pire encore, lorsque nous avons contacté l’hôte pour en discuter, elle a adopté une attitude insultante, méchante et a tenu des propos inacceptables. Plutôt que de reconnaître ses torts, elle a tenté de rejeter la faute sur nous. Même la plateforme a reconnu la gravité de ses propos. Nous déconseillons fortement cette personne. Un tel comportement est inexcusable, encore plus dans un contexte aussi sensible.

Bel appartement en centre ville

Appartement spacieux et très propre. Très bonne localisation au centre de Luxeuil.

Le lit était trop petit pour mon compagnon, dont les pieds dépassaient le bord du matelas (certes, il est grand - 1m96 - mais pour une région qui accueille pas mal de Belges ou de Néerlandais, il est important de le noter!). Un petit plateau avec des sachets de thé et du café pour le matin aurait amené la petite touche de confort en plus.
