Imóvel novo, com todas as comodidades necessárias, tudo muito limpo e organizado, serviço de praia, localização, suporte.
Embora não seja um problema, acredito que o portão de pedestres daria maior comodidade. Algumas vezes o portão de veículos não trancava na primeira tentativa, mas é uma característica deste tipo de fechadura. Nada que desabone; apenas percepção pessoal.

Casa excelente, com suites ótimas, toda equipada e com utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar, piscina maravilhosa, duas geladeiras e um freezer. A casa acomoda grupo grande e perto da praia com serviço de praia, excelente.
