Fun stuff to do in May and October: OONI outdoor pizza oven, ice cream maker, fat tire bike for excursions along the beach.
This cozy beach house is the perfect beach hang out. Conveniently located between the ocean and the bay and close to the only restaurant/pizzeria/ice cream/ supermarket. It's a 3 BR with 2 baths. Very quiet bedrooms facing the back. Recently the house was totally updated: new fridge, dishwasher, stove, countertops, the majority of the furniture (including most mattresses) is also brand new. There is plenty of space on the front and back porch for BBQ, dinner and sunbathing. Verizon Fios 200 Mbps down/upload. WiFi 6 router.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Like typical Fire Island homes, the home is compact but airy. This is a home that is clearly used regularly by the host, so it is furnished and stocked appropriately. Communication with the host was excellent. We would happily stay here again.

The house was great. We were 3 women friends staying for the week and we had everything we needed. From nice fluffy towels to everything we needed in the kitchen to whip up delicious dinners and drinks! We really appreciated the wagon that helped us get our stuff to and from the ferry. We loved the bikes. And the beach chairs and umbrella were light and easy to carry to the beach!
The location was perfect to get to the beach and the market. And an easy walk to kismet too!
Will definitely come again!
