Apartment Marija

Apartament w budynku na pierwszym piętrze, z balkonu widok na morze i częściowo w oddali Split. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Splitu i Trogiru. W samej Kasteli są sklepy i restauracje oraz świetne plaże. Apartament to dwie sypialnie, salon, kuchnia i łazienka. W pełni wyposażony. Do apartamentu przynależy zadaszone miejsce ze stołem i krzesłami oraz leżakiem gdzie można wypoczywać po pełnym atrakcji dniu. Niewątpliwą zaletą jest bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe obok budynku. Pani Marija uśmiechnięta i pomocna.

W budynku jest jakiś problem z kanalizacją. Były okresy, że z kratki usytuowanej w podłodze wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Zdarzyło się to dwukrotnie podczas naszego pobytu.

Das Apartment hat Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Es ist gräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspühler, Mikrowelle, es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Betten sind bequem. Eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind mit einem kurzen Fußweg erreichbar. Auch den Strand kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Mit dem Uber ist man rasch in Split, die Fahrt kostet zwischen 16€ und 20€ (Sommer 2025).

Keine Klimaanlage, man muss eben tagsüber gut abdunkeln - klimafreundlich.

Perfect place for a long stay, I only stayed a week but I noticed that the appartment has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, a big living room ( excellent to do yoga and stretching ) with TV. The main room has a large bed and closet and windows with blackout curtains. The bed is comfortable, and there is another room with a smaller bed. The balcony has a great view to the mountains and to the sea. There is a bakery only 3 minutes walk from the Apt, and 200m more from there there is a supermarket. Only 5 minutes to the bus stop, the #37 takes you to Split and to the airport, you can pay by card on the bus, from 2-4€. Approx 10 min to the beach and to the Kaštilac (One of the Game of Throne locations). For walk lovers: there is a good walk starting from there and walk towards Airport direction and you will get to Kastel Stari you will see many beautiful beaches, and good restaurants, there are castles all along that bay. Marija is a lovely person, she is really nice, I comunicated with her through Ivan and they provided me with a quick answer to all my requests. They made my stay easy and pleasant, I really felt at home.

That I couldn't stay longer LOL.

Spacious clean and well equipped in a good location 10 minutes from the beach, nearest shop 5 minutes and train station.

Would have benefited from having some information on where the nearest facilities were like bus stop, pharmacy etc. not a big moan but spent a lot of time on google trying to find info. But overall a great stay and would thoroughly recommend.
