Superb

The host was available either on site or by phone and always responded very quickly. When the hot water wasn’t working, he sent a technician over quickly to fix it.

There were a few things missing from the kitchen such as a bottle opener/corkscrew and a cutting board

Exceptional

everything is like in pictures and description: brand new apartment, very well equipped and modern (AC and TV in each room, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), big room, nice bathroom, terrasse, parking place (extra cost). Location in the middle of Cervia, close to good restaurants and mercato. Fabio was very nice and helpful.

everything was very good. Maybe the traffic noise can be disturbing if you are not used to it, but this is applying to all places in Italy and Cervia.

Very clean and centrally located apartment. Kitchen can be better equipped and needs some fixing

Fabio was super friendly host with prompt communication. Apartment is very clean. Nice bathroom, big balcony, reserved parking (for only 5 EUR). Very close to the centre of Cervia and 5-10 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Kitchen: No very well equipped kitchen (you need to buy everything from cleaning products to salt) and there were only pans ( no pot) nor coffee making device. Fabio immediately reacted and provided me a pot to cook Pasta and a Moka Pot to make coffee, which was great, but I think a few more devices would help. Induction Hub was also not working properly.

Świetna lokalizacja. Czysto, parking przy samym budynku. Segregacja śmieci, pojemniki dostępne w apartamencie, ale na zewnątrz, więc nie przeszkadzały. Dobre oświetlenie pomieszczeń. Możliwość wynajmu rowerów.

Śmierdziało z kanalizacji w łazience. Słaba oferta TV, brak kanałów muzycznych. Tylko 2 kostki do zmywarki, na kilka dni dla 4 osób, to zdecydowanie za mało. Parking dość drogi.

Die Lage war super, das Appartement aufgrund der oben genannten Kriterien nichts mehr für uns

Bett war völlig durchgelegen, man hatte richtig eine Mulde. Die Fenster dichten nicht, man hat den gesamten Straßenlärm bei zugemachten Fenstern gehört. Die Wände sind auch so dünn, dass wir alles von unseren Nachbarn mitbekommen haben

Wir waren bereits 2 mal hier, es ist deutlich besser ein größeres Apartment zu buchen. Das kleine ist im 2,Stock ohne Lift und ohne Balkon. Das grössere ist perfekt

Appartamento moderno e anche abbastanza spazioso. Posizione comoda sia per il mare che per il centro di Cervia. Situato di fianco a due ristoranti. Pulito

TV grande ma di vecchia generazione. Il bagnoschiuma è finito velocemente. Inoltre, in un appartamento sarebbe cortese far trovare sale, olio, zucchero.

Aufenthalt in einer sehr gut gelegenen, gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter und der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich, zügig und verbindlich. Die Wohnung war komplett mit elektronischen Rollläden versehen, was speziell bei Reisen mit kleineren Kindern definitiv vorteilhaft ist. Die Parkplätze waren gut gelegen und auch gut gegen Fremdnutzung gesichert.

Es war im Großen und Ganzen war wirklich alles super und in Ordnung. Einzige negative Aspekte waren, der etwas zu schmale Balkon und die sehr lebhafte Umgebung. Wobei letzteres natürlich mit der super zentrumsnahen Lage und Balkonblick Richtung Kanal verbunden ist und das eine schwer ohne das andere geht. Also meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Indimenticabile: in sicurezza, ci siamo divertiti e ritornati in forma. Pulizia, gentilezza, relax

Il responsabile, Fabio, è davvero squisito e gentile. L’ambiente è molto pulito, c’è tutto anche nell’appartamento più piccolo dove eravamo noi (elettrodomestici e biancheria casa), la posizione è strategica e consente di raggiungere facilmente sia Cervia che Milano Marittima. In prossimità degli appartamenti ci sono tutti i servizi per l’acquisto di alimentari e ristoranti, oltre ad una parrucchiera, GioLÌ, che lavora molto bene. La struttura è nuova e ben arredata. Ottimo soggiorno, oltre le aspettative. La vista del porto canale è molto suggestiva, così, come gradevoli sono i pini marittimi adiacenti all’appartamento.

Gli appartamenti sono sulla strada, quindi, se si dorme con le finestre aperte, senza utilizzare l’aria condizionata, si sentono molto i rumori delle auto che passano ed alcuni schiamazzi. Occorrono circa 10-15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia.
