It was right on the beach with a view of Mount Etna. At night you can see the volcano erupting.
Internet was down, but not the owner’s fault.

The house itself is very cute and its biggest advantage is that it is literally right on the beach, which is lovely. However, the surrounding area unfortunately takes away from the experience.
The beach immediately next to the house was quite dirty, and there is a parking area right beside the property that is constantly crowded, with people frequently arguing over parking and many old cars parked there.
The Wi-Fi was also very poor and didn’t work properly, even on the balcony. Finally, the area itself is not particularly lively or attractive, so there isn’t much to do or enjoy within walking distance.
