AK Mykonos

Our 4th stay at AK and this time we were in a deluxe room. It shares the same amazing central location but is on the ground floor and is accessed from a different lane. The same comfy bed and super clean room and bathroom though

Not as spacious as the Superior room of course, and worth booking the better room if it’s available

The management at AK Mykonos and Palladium Hotel is amazing. We booked one night at AK Mykonos, and they upgraded us to Palladium Hotel. Since Palladium isn’t located in Mykonos Town, they offered us transfers from the airport, to and from town, and back to the airport the following day. I especially want to thank Anna for being simply the best—always ready to help and incredibly accommodating with all our requests. We will definitely stay with them again if we are ever in Mykonos!

Very comfy bed, plenty of space and everything you need for a short stay. Lovely toiletries and nice to have slippers, a fridge and water. Liked the feel that there were plants on the other side of the glass in the bathroom, it made it feel tropical and a great size bathroom.

In the deluxe room, there is nowhere to hang towels. Although I understand that the opaque glass stops the bedroom from being too dark given that it’s right on the street so you wouldn’t have the curtains open, when the light is on at night you can see you partner sitting on the loo!! Also, because of the opaque glass, turning on the light at night wakes the other person up. Maybe there could be some kind of nightlight in there instead.

Very responsive and attentive host. Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated unit. Super comfortable bed and excellent blackout curtains. We loved the double sinks and the water pressure. The location was 10/10. The housekeeper - Anastasia - is a sweet soul and made us feel very welcome.
