PMP Adamia Apartments

The apartment felt surprisingly large and comfortable. The bed was big with extra blankets, a full wardrobe, and effective blackout curtains. We loved the private, west-facing balcony overlooking lush greenery, which stayed nicely shaded in the mornings. The pool was great for a quick dip anytime, the Wi-Fi was fast, the washing machine with a drying line was very convenient, and the shower had plenty of solar hot water. Having covered parking under the complex and friendly local cats around made it feel very homey. Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 10:00 were straightforward, though note that it is on the second floor without an elevator, and early check-in or bag storage is not an option.

However, the stay was held back by a lack of basic household items. We received only one towel each for seven days, and a promised mid-week replacement (when we asked for it) was forgotten about and arrived a day lager. Having just one trash bag meant it smelled strongly by the end of the week. The kitchen was under-equipped, just a single sponge, mismatched cutlery with only two forks, an empty pepper shaker, no coffee for the machine, and a freezer that urgently needs de-icing. We also missed basic toiletries like shampoo or shower gel. A few minor maintenance issues need attention as well. The bathroom door latch sticks badly, which almost locked us in, the TV remote volume and OK buttons were broken, and the bathroom mirror and shelves were slightly dusty. The sofa was uncomfortable, though we did not use it much anyway. With a bit more generosity regarding essential supplies and a couple of quick fixes, this place could easily be fantastic.

We loved how clean but cosy the apartment was - it really felt like home even though we were only there for a few days!

The apartment size is great for a family of three. Kitchenette is perfect size and very handy. The decoration is really pretty. The balcony views are beautiful. Parking is easy. Swimming pool is just what we enjoyed the most. Pretty much all. Host answered very quickly of our questions. Location is also a plus.

Everything was great for 2 days and 3 nights for a family of three.

On arrival we noticed that there were no suitable plugs for connecting the TV or the toaster. one btreakfast bowl was missing and no shower gell or dish washing fluid. After advising the management by phone, as rhere was no office on site, we were told that someone may have taken the plugs. We were told that they would provide the plugs and an extra bowl, no apology. These were provided in our absence. When we got back, on opening the door we were hit with a mighty smell of surage, it was too late to call anyone, we opened all the doors and windows to let the stench out. Next day we noticed that we could not get any local free to air TV. On complaining we were told that they only had paid TV and that nobody would understand the free to air anyway.
