The staff was accommodating, the place is quite new and clean.
I booked a room with a courtyuar view, but in reality it happened to be a dark room with a narrow slot into the stairwell. Is it a problem with English? The staff moved me to a room with a city view with no extra charge, I think the hotel was empty due to the new Corona lockdown. The whole city is empty.
There was no hot water. I tried to have shower twice, and twice it was cold. They were renovating so ething on the roof... maybe, it was hot water?
