I loved the location being close to IGA and the beach as well as view from the porch!
No ceiling fan on the porch and no wifi.

I like to fish the pond is a great location and the surf is not to far of a walk , the pier was closed due to hurricane repair but it’s within walking distance as well .
At 59 years old , a few aches and pains the stairs get rough but due to the possibility of flooding I realize the stairs are a must .

very spaces and good ac
floor had soft spots and on going problems and maintence was very slow and don’t clean up after there self, carpets very dirty and very rude neighbors
