O atendimento da D. Sônia que nos recebeu e entregou as chaves e nos orientou sobre o apto, foi rápida, eficiente e muito acolhedora. A localização é boa, perto do Carrefour e de uma padaria excelente ("Pãozinho da Hora"), tanto para tomar café como almoçar uma comida de bufê excelente e barata. Apesar do colchão ser muito antigo e desconfortável, o arranjo de cama e toalhas estavam limpinhas. Se reservar com antecedência, consegue uma garagem coberta.
Achamos o banheiro muuiito pequeno e as paredes que dividem os quartos aparentam ser de MDF, muito finas e se escuta claramente os vizinhos "conversarem"...
