The toilet's floor drain, was not functioning well, it didn't trap bed smell from the sewer...
Lobby was not clean, there were many smoking.
Parking space was like a hunting session at night......

Really the nice view from the top has it! especially in the early morning & in the night sky.
The location to the center of the city is one of the reasons and a nice room for the family.
The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner.
