The place provides enough space and nice view. On the other hand the nois ruins any relaxing moment. I believe the price

The appartment is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The terrace provides enough space to relax and enjoy evenings. Beds are very comfortable.

The property is quite noisy. There is something wrong with water piping - when somebody in the building ( 4 appartments) turns on water very loud sound like breaking train is heard. The nois starts about 6am, so if you are not very very good sleeper, it is not good place to stay. If you are train station lover, you will enjoy it. The info about dishwasher is fals, there is no one.

Good

Objectively the house is on a good spot, not too far from the beaches and restaurants, but far enough to be silent. It is very spacious with 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with beautiful view to the sea. The owners were kind and relaxed. The was a nice grilling area.

To be clear, this is a subjective view for my own circumstances. We've travelled with 3 kids, from 1.5 to 12 years old. This meant we were carrying a stroller and tonnes of swim gear. With all of these stuff, we had to climb a lot from the beach. The house is in the 3rd street, about the 10th row from the beach, streets are very steep and there are a lot of steps which is not very easy to climb with the stroller and all. The apartment has some old equipment, which malfunction sometimes, eg. the shutter fell off the first day, one of the toilette water tank needed a nodge to start filling up. The kitchen was lacking equipment, pots had no lids, we didn't have enough cutlery, etc. The beds were too soft for our taste. What could've been mutch worse is that the next door apartment is only separated with a glass door, so you can hear everything. We had silent neighbours but that's just luck.

Excellent location, close to beach, shopping mall, restaurants/bar and Crk city centre. Nice beach is 6 min walk only. Fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, terrace with seaview and entrance to apt. Pretty looking garden with grill place. Comfy up to 3 persons. Very kind owners,they provided transfer to/from bus station as well.

Mosquito net would be great on the windows.

Comfortable apartment close to the beach.

The host was really helpful. The location is superb: close to the beach but still not noisy. The apartment itself has a nice 'retro' feeling: the kitchen is equipped with a large-enough fridge and the most necessary basic household appliances, there is 1 large bathroom and a smaller one, 2 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a large terrace overlooking the sea. Parking is easily solved either in front of or behind the apartment. Smaller and larger shops are in the vicinity of the apartment and can be easily reached on foot or by car.

We expected the same beds for min. 5 people (we arrived as a 5-person group of friends), but there were only 2 double beds and a smaller (child) bed for the 5th person. The air conditioning is not included within the price, which is mentioned in the description however the AC itself is situated in the kitchen and does not really help 'cooling' the whole apartment.
