About this house rental
A 1,700 sq. ft. Starlink connected 3 bedroom, 2 bath hillside house facing the predominant breezes with a full kitchen and breathtaking views, a spacious deck overlooking the sea, town and islands beyond. It's perfect for couples and families.
The 3rd bed and bath located downstairs is only available to the 5th and or 6th booked guest.
An ideal location, within walking distance to markets, restaurants, bars and the ferry Terminal.
A 10 minute drive to Flamenco Beach and the snorkeling beaches along the road to Melones are within walking distance. The house is attractively furnished, well equipped, and everything is quality as it’s also my vacation home.

Things we love about “The Wind and the Sea:”the beauty and comfort you have created in this space;the tiles, the woodwork of the unique furniture, the art;the little, yellow birds that come to the feeder;centrally located for ease of access to all the beaches;being in a neighborhood and close to shops, restaurants, and the ferry;overlooking the village, across the eastern portion of the island out toward the sun rise and then west to the further islands and the sun set;we totally understand the name “The Wind and the Sea;”you have thought about everything to make a space that is relaxing and fun.Thank you for sharing your beautiful property. We look forward to returning next year for our fourth stay.

This is a beautiful home, with an amazing view. I could have lived on the porch. I hope to return, someday.

Great view and reasonably nice house. The down side is the dirty location, steep parking with no turn around and a huge population of noisy chickens everywhere. We would not consider another stay.
