Quaintness, small and compact. Nice double bedrooms Location was good
No Wi-Fi plus I had no phone service. Also no map was sent for directions to car space.

Excellent location for walking in and around Malmesbury. All clean and tidy.
With my wife having arthritis in her knees negotiating the stairs was not easy.

The property had lots of character, was in a good location and very peaceful.
The shower was scalding hot. Could not regulate the temperature. The shower over the bath did not work properly. The whole property was not overly clean.

The location was good for central Malmesbury with the allocated parking. An excellent location for sightseeing Malmesbury and surrounding area. Very quiet at night.
The shower is still very hot and can not be adequately adjusted, as reported by other people who have stayed there. The oven is very smoky when it is heated up and could do with a professional clean! The cutlery was not washed up by previous guests properly and had to be thoroughly washed before use. The towels could also be replaced!
