In the resort 2 km from the centre of Montreux, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 m from the lake, south-west facing position. Private: park 1'500 m2, garden (not fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: table football, central heating system. Stepped path (44 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.4 km, shopping centre 3.2 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Clarens, St-Georges" 130 m, railway station "Montreux" 2.8 km, pebble beach 100 m (small), lake Lac Léman.
