Very modern, beautiful residence "Mer de Glace - Le Montagnard", 5 storeys, built in 2011. 12 apartments in the residence. On a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: indoor pool heated (extra). In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Hot tub (extra). (all extra), relaxation room, spa area in 20 m for shared use (extra) hamam (all extra), lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking, public car park, extra.
