The brand new URANO holiday home, just built, comes from a careful and meticulous renovation of a large outbuilding in the villa.
The large size of the outbuilding has allowed us to create interior spaces that are comfortable and pleasant to live in, constructed as a tailor-made suit and with an ever-watchful eye on the quality of the choice of materials, assembling everything elegantly with the furniture.
The goal was to obtain a modern, comfortable and functional apartment totally independent, equipped with all the comforts and designed in every detail to make the guests' stay unique.
Particular attention has also been given to the creation of the external spaces belonging to the house, focusing on the privacy of its guests. For this reason, the URANO house has a large private veranda totally independent for exclusive use with attached outdoor shower in masonry with heated water and entrance gate for the exclusive use of the house.
The URANO holiday house has:
- two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed;
- spacious living room kitchen with access to the veranda;
- sun terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors or simply for a pleasant relaxation enjoying the color of the flowers and the rustle of the cocus trees,
- full bathroom with shower
- storage room with pantry.
The annex is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area of ​​Avola, adjacent to the prestigious Viale Lido, close to the main beaches both free and private Lido di Avola and at the same time close to the historic center of the city famous for its natural and architectural beauties and an excellent reference point for discovering all the places of beautiful South Eastern Sicily.
