The Villa is stunning, immaculate and spacious. It is well equipped both in the kitchen and in all the bathrooms, with everything you need for a self catered holiday.
The pool is lovely, there are plenty of sun loungers, and plenty of sports to keep you entertained.
Location in a lovely quiet village adds to the enchantment

Ivana and Marco were the very best of hosts. They made us feel at home from the first conversation and upon meeting them in Croatia they were even more delightful We enjoyed various treats from their garden and wonderful family made wines. One night they even came with a beautifully prepared dinner. They were quick to offer us information and tips about the area which is close to so much. Their dwelling is really peaceful. We really didn't have to leave the area but wanted to see the coast and experience more of Croatia. We highly recommend spending a holiday here. Make sure to go out of the lane and buy bread from the bread man who comes each morning!

As a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys, ages 13 years and 15 years) we spent a 2 week holiday at the end of August, in this lovely villa.
The villa is set in a small hamlet of houses and surrounded by green hills and countryside. It is extremely peaceful and private. The villa itself is fabulous. It is nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and well equipped, as is the outside area and pool. There is superb built BBQ, which we made plenty of use of, and the boys enjoyed the outdoor table tennis, football table and pool table. The villa has a garden whereby we invited to help ourselves to the produce.
You can find shops, restaurants and beaches in Baska Voda which is a good ten minute drive away. Car hire is a must.
On our arrival we were met by Ivana and Marco who were extremely hospitable, warm, friendly and very welcoming. They had very kindly provided a fabulous platter of local cheese, ham, bread and the most delicious tomatoes from the villa’s own garden, accompanied with their local wine. They had also stocked the summer kitchen with fresh vegetables from the garden. During our stay they prepared a delicious evening meal of a local dish called “Peka” and apple strudel and delivered it to the villa, this was very much appreciated as we had spent an active day doing canyoning in the Cetina River.
We found Ivana and Marco to be thoughtful and unintrusive and always available if needed, it was a pleasure to meet them both and we loved our stay in this villa.

We arrived at this beautiful villa very late after a long journey with lots of wrong turns! Ivana waited there to meet us and all I can say is that we were amazed at the level of thought that had gone into her warm welcome. There was beer and wine in the fridge, a wonderful assortment of meat and cheeses as well as bread and milk to get us started on our week long vacation. It was a fantastic start as there was no way that we would have been able to find a shop at such a late hour. Our sagging spirits were truly lifted! We were also given an array of fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden and encouraged to pick the produce throughout the week, which we did and it was wonderful!
The villa is beautifully located, has great privacy, and yet is in a good position for exploring the Dalmatian coast.
It is newly built and beautifully appointed, clean lines and neutral tones as well as being exceptionally clean. We spent many hours relaxing at the pool enjoying the scenery and serenity as well as a few games of pool and fuse ball. We were a group of 5 adults and were able to find everything we needed for several meals that we prepared and ate in the expansive kitchen areas.
Ivana was extremely responsive to any email that was sent and was really helpful in suggesting places of interest to visit and restaurants to sample. We followed her advice several times and always found her suggestions to be top notch.
We couldn't have asked for more, except perhaps the number or name of the villa written on one of the boulders at the entrance to the driveway so that we might have found it more easily in the dark!
We would certainly encourage people to check this gem out, and will visit again if we are ever back in the area.
