Our stay in Makarska was absolutely wonderful! The view from the apartment was simply breathtaking, overlooking the sea, the mountains, and the charming town. The hosts were incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. As the owner is also a taxi driver, he kindly arranged our airport transfer at a very reasonable price. We truly felt welcome, are deeply grateful for such warm hospitality, and wholeheartedly recommend this lovely place to everyone!
There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was excellent!

Matilda (host) was great. She provided answers to all my questions (e.g. best beaches, taxi prices, cheap parking spots in the city, restaurants, etc.). The place is new, modern, clean, and has all the essentials. Apartment has a beautiful view, you see almost the entire city and the see. We had a parking spot next to the building, and I believe there is enough parking spots for all guests.
There were no deal breakers, but no place is perfect, and this one could be better with some small improvements. A dish washing machine or at least a (bigger) dish drainer would be nice. Fixed hooks for towels in the bathroom would be great because the ones we had were always falling to the ground when we were taking towels from them.
