Overall, the apartment looks good, with a great location and neighborhood (there are several venues and a shop in the building, and a shopping arcade within a 5–10 minute walk). The area is also pleasant and quiet. Overall, we can recommend it as a place to stay.

However, there are a few minor and major drawbacks. Minor issues: small damages that do not affect the quality of the stay. Major issues: the coffee machine did not work at all. Most importantly, if you plan to cook, check the dishes first. A lot of them were covered in stuck-on grease and felt sticky. The oven and everything inside it were in a poor condition. Everything really needs a thorough cleaning. Overall, the apartment is fine, but the impression of a nice and tidy place was spoiled by the large amount of dirty dishes and an unclean oven.

Cena, jednak żeby być uczciwym. Ciężko ocenić stosunek jakości do ceny, bo przebywałem w Kielcach w okresie "szaleństwa" MSPO, więc znalezienie czegoś graniczy w tym czasie z cudem:). Więc.... za tydzień wszystko wróci pewnie do normy ;)
