Clean cozy rooms, very nice and kind owner. Perfect location.

Apartment is in perfect location - 10 minutes to shop / restaurants, 10 minutes to beaches. In apartment is all what you would need for short or longer stay. Really ALL. For cooking, for washing . And if you do not want to cook, there are at least 3 or 4 ( did not try all them ) cafe/restaurants just 10 minutes walking. It looks it is fresh renovated. All was so new and clean. Receiving key was organised well - we arrived with bus, so we were picked up and lifted with car to the apartment, where we got information about sightseeing places in Roja. And there was welcome drink for us. Nice surprise :) In house are 4 apartments, but neighbors were quiet. And in evening/night this small city is silent and quiet. Apartment is on the main street, but in night time there practically no one does not drive. Definitely will try to stay there again.

Advice - ask before arriving, how is there with WiFi. Theoretically there is, but it does not work. So be ready to resolve problem with any mobile internet variants. And also practically is not TV. ( I did not need it, but just for information ) .

A perfect place to stay, especially in the middle of July, where you also get a chance of tasting various berries in the garden (and remember that forests around Roja are full of blueberries!). The apartment is perfectly furnished, no problems with getting all the necessary stuff for cooking (important in our case) or just comfortably having rest in the evening. I also appreciate the smaller calmer beach in the vicinity of the house since my previous visit to Roja. The option of sitting in the garden near the apple trees is also enjoyable. Zane (the owner) is extremely helpful and very nice, always ready to give some tips in case you need something. It's very likely that it's not the last time we spend some time in Roja in summer, I did enjoy it a lot.

Very nice apartment, with serene settings.. enjoyed it very much. Great host, equipped kitchen, exeptionaly clean and airy.
