Apartamento excelente e muito confortável. localizado num sitio muito calmo. gostei especialmente da piscina/jardim e do facto de o estacionamento que apesar de ser público, mais parecia privado sempre com lugares disponíveis e com sombras. Em suma boa opção, para umas férias em família, privilegiando o descanso.
A baixa potência eléctrica, com os a/c ligados, a utilização de outros equipamentos eléctricos, com alguma potencia como por ex. micro-ondas, secador de cabelo, fogão/forno, faziam com que a luz fosse abaixo, requeria uma gestão criteriosa dos diversos equipamentos de forma a atingir os objéctivos.

the exterior of the building needs work, however the owner did inform us work will be happening in the near future
