Gorgeous flat, perfect position and lovely outside space
Limited essentials available - one dishwasher tablet, no laundry detergent, no handsoap/cleaning cloths. Not a problem just one to be aware of if you’re staying a few days!

Check in gaat via app contact. Ging helemaal prima, je laat weten dat je voor het hek staat en dan loodsen zij je naar binnen door wat codes door te geven.
De badkamer heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud, er is wat schimmel door slechte afzuiging. En de douche in het bad, de kraan heeft een te lange uitloop waardoor je daar tegenaan staat. De ligging van het appartement is vlakbij de metro Martim Mortiz, op zich prima maar in de avond zijn er wel wat veel daklozen en verslaafden. Dat voelt toch wat inveilig.

Convenient location. Decent size. Reasonably clean.
Check-in process was poor. Apartment difficult to find. Unresponsive to online communications. A dearth of personal hygiene supplies. No free luggage storage. This felt like overpaying for underperformance.
