Furnishings - folding wooden chairs for small dining table that were easily tripped over, cushions with no ‘cush’, obvious not finished painting in bedroom, hole in door where stopper used to be. Toilet in master bedroom that would flush randomly (but only for about 10 seconds, just enough to wake one up!), random blinking of light in family room/kitchen/living room, many chipped dishes (there were enough that we could use others), some towels were so old that one shredded in the middle when used.
