Fine for a last minute accomodation

It was a comfortable property, the area a little rundown tho and the garden fence was fallen down.

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!

Nothing.

The area the house is in looks like Beirut and very unsafe. On arrival into the kitchen there was broken glass underneath the washing machine, some of it was sticking out and our dog trod on it and hurt his paw, not a very good start. It also smelt disgusting in there, as if someone had been smoking and very fusty. In one of the bedrooms there were bare wires sticking out of the wall! The people who live upstairs are banging about until 3am every night. And my mum who is 74 and about 8 stone sat on one of the chairs and it collapsed sending her flying onto the floor banging her head on the coffee table which was very distressing for all of us. There were only three chairs anyway so it looks like it has happened previously. I was absolutely furious when that happened as we’ve only just lost my dad and this was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend away for her. Told Signature who own the property and they were like 'oh sorry about that we'll replace the chairs' which is no good to me. No offer of any kind to say sorry despite the fact my mum could've died in their unsafe property. Customer service is disgusting and don't care. Avoid this property and any that have the Signature mark on it as they don't care once they've got your money. They'll try and deny it but I've got pictures of everything, that didn't make any difference either when I sent them to the company.
