Spacious Gem in the Heart of Antigua

The ABNB was very clean. We had a very comfortable stay. My family was very Happy with their stay as well. Mr. Jeffrey Estrada was very attentive and responded to all my questions right away. He also recomendad some very nice places to visit. Parking also was very easy to find. All the restaurants are minutes away. I recommend this ABNB 100%. I will stay their again. Thank you !

Wonderful colonial style home with all the basic accoutrements for easy living.. Modern bath and kitchen. Great, quiet location in Antigua, and close to Ixchel Spanish school. Separate bedrooms for the whole family.

Could have used a few more good pots and pans for cooking, like big strong frying pan.

Bonito y bien equipado

Pensé que el precio publicado correspondía al arrendamiento de la casa. Al reservar sólo íbamos 4 personas y luego se sumaron 2. Me cobraron 40 dólares diarios adicionales por cada día, por cada persona. Una de las habitaciones está sobre el living y no tiene paredes divisorias, de manera que si hay gente en el living , comedor o cocina, se escucha todo. Lo mismo sucede con la luz. Adicionalmente, en esta habitación se escucha toda la noche el ruido de los autos. La casa está muy cerca de la iglesia de San Francisco, cuyas campanas se escuchan desde las 6 am.
