Perfect family pool home in a beautiful, quiet gated community, close to Disney.
This 4 bedroom,2 bathroom house with private screened swimming pool will sleep up to 10 people.
2 x queen beds and 2 x with 2 twin beds.
Children of all ages welcome.
Westridge is conveniently located on the US27 between Interstate 4 and Highway 192. It is a gated community giving restricted access for residents.
This house is air conditioned, has a large flat screen TV in the living room as well as TV's in every bedroom.
Fully fitted stocked kitchen comprising; stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, electric mixer, dishware, cutlery, glasses, cups, mugs etc.
All bedding and towels are located in the house for your use.
Free Cable TV, free Wi-Fi , free local calls. Free parking for 2 cars on the drive and off street.
Family sized pool (heating is available at an additional cost), outside dining and seating/loungers to soak up the Florida sun.
Within a short traveling distance are all the major attractions, supermarkets, designer outlet shopping, and countless golf courses.
Approx 1 hr 20 mins drive you will reach either the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic beaches, as well as Tampa Bay, Daytona, NASA Space Center, Busch Gardens, Legoland, Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island - to name a few!

While the house had some small issues, I would say that the customer service, (especially with Graham), may have been some of the best we have ever had in renting houses for over 25 years. He worked tirelessly to ensure the stay was acceptable, and for that, we are thankful. Thanks again!

The property was beautiful. Communication with the property management was on point. They were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Mom has a bad knee and there was a walk in shower which was very helpful. Plenty of space. Would highly recommend!

Nice property. Very quiet subdivision. Furniture was comfortable. Had some minor problems and Graham got them fixed same day.

The owner was incredible. Constant communication that made me feel at ease. My stay was short notice but he did everything to accommodate us. The kids loved the house and the theme rooms. Beds were super comfortable. The property was not as close to Disney or Universal as I would have liked but it really posed no issue. Would definitely stay again.
