Enjoy a Condo with a "Vue". The Vue 228 is a great option for your Tybee Island vacation! Relax in this updated two-bedroom condo, in the popular Beachside Colony condominium community. This condo is located on the second floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
This 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo will welcome guests with plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pools and manicured garden area, the onsite restaurant and bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Guests will enjoy watching the sunrise from the comfort of your private balcony!
The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The dining area has seating for 4, and there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.
The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there is an additional bathroom with tub and shower combination in the hall. Pet-friendly with an additional fee.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

We will return next year to Tybee & will contact the rental management company, they were great from start to finish! The complex layout is very confusing so have the site map in hand. Your 1st impression will be: underground parking, & you'll ask where do I park & where is my unit?The onsite Restaurant was more than we expected. They do a good job with food, drinks & service. The complex is well maintained & beautiful. Our unit was as expected, we had a few issues, coffee maker was replaced within a couple of hrs & the unit above us spilled water into our shower every time our upstairs neighbors took a shower. Thankfully it was towards the end of our weeklong stay.

Everything was fine except the shower ceiling which had a lot of black mold showing. Dangerous and not pleasing.

The bed linens in master had hair dust & pieces of grass on them. Luckily I always bring my own sheets, went to change, the mattress cover had a pee stain on it. Moulding etc looked like it hadn't been dusted in a long time. Master shower floor was stained, looked dirty. Wore my beach sandals in the shower. Location was good, but unit in need of updating & deep cleaning. Pool was unavailable, but I knew it might not be. Not impressed with the unit. Would not stay there again.
