Pristine Million Dollar home features a Two-story 5 Bedroom home with a beautiful grand entrance. Home is elegantly decorated and boasts an amazing waterfront view with ocean access and great deep water dockage. Local area features Gulfstream Park Racing-Casino-Village, Diplomat Golf Tennis Club, Aventura Mall, Ritzy Sunny Isles Beach, and the Cultural Downtown Hollywood strip, all within a 5-15 minute drive. The historically famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is only 1.5 miles away.
The space
Master bedroom features a beautiful french door that overlooks the pool and intracoastal water view. Kitchen features open layout into family room with granite counter tops, eat-in island, and stainless steel appliances. Furnished outdoor patio features BBQ, dining area, lounge chairs, and heated pool with spa. Come enjoy the best of South Florida in style!

Downstairs is all Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 Master bedroom features a French door that overlooks the pool and water with 2 walk in closets and a large master bath with private Jacuzzi tub and an amazing walk in shower with shower heads from both directions and from the ceiling. His and hers sink areas and powder room and bench.
Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed with built in closet and TV facing the pool with open french doors to backyard.
Bedroom # 3 has Queen sized bed and toddler bed and separate closet.
Hallway by Bed #2 & 3 has Full size bathroom(bathtub/shower combo)
Bedroom #4 & 5 are jack and Jill Style room with bathroom in between King size bed in each room and has Full size Bathroom (bathtub/shower combo) and 2 sinks
Up stair loft / Game room/ Gym
Full size pool table, Foosball table, Baby toys, T.v , seating area, exercise bike, rowing machine and separate full bath/ shower and closet space.
Full laundry room equipped with washer and dryer, cleaning supplies and sink. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
Kitchen features open layout into family room with granite counter tops, eat-in island, and stainless steel appliances. Furnished outdoor patio features BBQ, dining area, couches, lounge chairs, and heated pool with spa. Come enjoy the best of South Florida in style!
Booking requirements:
- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25.
- All bookings require a Security Deposit to be returned following an inspection after your check out.
- Separate booking contract with Jacob is required, along with passport or driver license of the booking person, matching credit card name.
Guest access
You will be greeted at time of check in by us and do a walk through the house to explain everything.
Interaction with guests
I will be your Host available 24/7 to welcome and accommodate you and your group for as long as your stay is and make you feel right at home.....
Other things to note
We have two kayak for guest to use, basketball hoop with balls , and bicycles for adults and children. We also have a baby bassinet, stroller, and baby bath if needed.

We had a great time at this property! Love the 2 pm check in. Property manager was great and very responsive when we had some minor issues. 4 stars instead of 5 because there are a few things that could use updating. Pool area is great and so is the game room upstairs.

This home was stunning ! The location on the water was beautiful and quiet. It was well layed out for our large family of 10, and was equipped with everything we needed for our week long vacation. We didn’t want to leave. I cannot say enough about the owner, Jacob, who responded very quickly to our every question and need! Highly recommend! Thank you, Jacob! The Climan Clan

This property had everything we were looking for and more. Jacob was responsive and flexible to our needs. The pool and hot tub were ready upon our arrival. The outdoor projector was an unexpected treat. We were able to stream our local games and movies from our computer and watch them outback in the evenings. Only recommendation would be to have some pans for cooking things in the oven and serving platters in the kitchen. This house is meant for a large group, but the kitchen isn’t really equipped for that. But would definitely return!
