Welcome to the Baltic Sea!
The fantastic location of our apartment "Klara" in the heart of Warnemünde offers all the conditions for a relaxing holiday.
Wake up to the seagulls, linger on the white sandy beach just 350 meters away, or stroll along the promenade. Afterwards you can enjoy a great shopping experience at the Alter Strom in numerous boutiques. Our villa in splendid spa architecture offers all possibilities.
The lovingly and maritime furnished apartment offers you on 50m ² space for 2 people.
The open living area captivates with its cosiness and the rustic separation to the sleeping area. In the back of the apartment there is a bright daylight bathroom with shower and a spacious kitchen.
Our apartment is exclusively reserved for non-smokers.
We are happy to provide parents with infants a high chair and a travel cot for an extra charge.
There are the usual fees for visitor's tax in Warnemünde, which we charge separately.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet/gestaltet und sehr gemütlich, zu zweit sehr geräumig. Das Bad ist neu. In der Küche sollte mehr Besteck vorhanden sein, um nicht ständig von Hand abwaschen zu müssen, da ein Geschirrspüler nicht vorhanden ist. Der Herd ist billig, die Knöpfe schwergängig. Grundsätzlich ist für Selbstversorger alles vorhanden in einfacher Ausführung. Daher 1 Stern in der Gesamtbewertung Abzug.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr nett, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend: sehr ruhig in äußerst zentraler Lage mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von wenigen Hundert Metern, gleiches gilt für den Zugang zum Strand oder den Restaurants am Alten Strom. Vom Bahnhof erreicht man in max. 10min Fußweg die Ferienwohnung.
WLAN hat man nur im Wohn- und Schlafbereich, in der Küche wechselt der Empfang auf Mobile Daten. Dafür ist das Wifi im Wohnbereich stark genug für Remote Arbeit mit VPN, Videokonferenzen mit MS Teams laufen flüssig.
Insgesamt waren wir hochzufrieden und haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in der Wohnung Klara verbracht.
